How to become one of us?

Bring the following requirements!

For incoming grade 7 & 11 students and for the transferees :
* SF9 ( Report Card)
* PSA Copy of Live Birth Certificate
* Certificate of Rating/Portfolio Assessment
* Result (for A&E Passers)

For old students:
* Accomplished Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (MLESF)

1. Attendance and Punctuality

* All students should be in the school campus five (5) minutes before the flag ceremony begins.
* Regularity of attendance and punctuality are required in all classes.
* A student who has been absent or has cut classes is required to present a letter of explanation.
* A student who has been absent for more than twenty percent (20%) of the prescribed number of class or laboratory periods during the school year should be given a failing grade.
* Habitual tardiness especially during the first period in the morning and the afternoon shall not be allowed.
